We are going to partner up with The Mom Walk Collective and do a pop up class. This will be a great opportunity to meet other mamas, grab some coffee, and get a workout in. This will be a shorter workout class but we will be having a longer walk with other mamas. If you haven't had a chance to yet, check out the Mom Walk Collective on Instagram and you can get more details there as well. If you have friends who would like to join, this would be a fun opportunity to invite them! This will be weather permitting obviously, so I will keep you updated with any necessary changes.
