What is Body Well??

Body Well® empowers you to grow past what you thought was possible. This 8-week mom-only program includes weekly workouts, group accountability, nutritional guidance, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This transformational program is customized for you by setting your goals, tracking your habits, and working with your coach. Find the extra motivation you need in this small group setting within FIT4MOM’s motherhood sisterhood.

Want to come try Body Boost? This is our mama only HIIT class that we will be doing 2 times a week. This will be at Onward Physical Therapy (Same building as Goat Patch Brewery) at 7pm! We will also be there to answer any questions and meet other mamas! Save your spot!
